Visualizer Setup for PC
[Tutorial 5 - Creating a World]

All files exported from 3ds max can be viewed using the RenderWare Graphics exporters can be viewed by Visualizer. RenderWare Visualizer is a suite of applications. It can be found in viewers/visual in the RenderWare Graphics directory.

The RenderWare Visualizer suite of applications consists of:

• launcher.exe - the launcher loads exported resources
• control.exe - the control panel sets options for viewing exported files

Visualizer Setup

1. RenderWare->Advanced Settings
2. Select the Connections tab
3. Select a local connection for D3D8 or OpenGL. Local D3D8 and OpenGL connections will automatically spawn viewers and close them on disconnection.

RenderWare Visualizer can be used to view RWS Format, BSP Format and DFF Format files.
