HAnim Optimizations

We have made several improvements to Hierarchical animations, most notable being the performance improvement when there is a large quantity of key-framed data being processed.

Maestro

Maestro in 3.4 now runs significantly faster and has much more in-depth examples. The associated files are now more memory efficient too.
